To reactivate your doTERRA Wholesale Account

  1. Click the "Request Reactivation" button
  2. Allow your email client to open and load the reactivation email template
  3. Send the email

How long does it take to reactivate my account?
Reactivations are typically completed within 24 hours.

Do I have to include my doTERRA ID in the reactivation email?
No, as long as you send the reactivation request from the same email address that's currently on your doTERRA account.

From which email address should I send the request.?
Send your request from the email address currently associated with your doTERRA account. If you no longer have access to it, enroll as a new member using a new email.

How much does it cost to reactivate?
There is no cost to reactivate. However, if it's been over a year since you last ordered, you may see a renewal fee added to your next order.

Do I need to place an order after my account reactivates?
Yes, you'll need to place any order within 48 hours to complete the reactivation process, otherwise your account may return to inactive status.

Can a distributor (Wellness Advocate) reactivate their account?
Yes, all Wellness Advocates (Independent Distributors) and Wholesale Customers follow the same instructions to reactivate their accounts.
