Directions for Use

Take 1 sachet a day. Pour the sachet contents directly into your mouth or mix with four ounces of water, juice, or your preferred cool beverage and drink immediately. The contents can also be mixed with cold foods such as yogurt, smoothies, or breakfast cereal. Store in a cool, dry place. Don’t mix with hot beverages, this can degrade the effectiveness of the product ingredients.
